RETURN POLICY

All online orders can be canceled or changed up to 7 days after the order was placed.

All orders are complete and cannot be changed after 7 days or by Monday March 26^th 2012, whichever comes first.

After 7 days or Monday March 26^th 2012 orders can not be changed and if canceled there will be no refund.

If you select 'Pickup on ...' as your option at checkout, the food must be picked up on that specific date. Our hours for Passover are 7:30am-7:30pm. Address: Western Kosher 4817 W.Pico Bl Los Angeles CA 90019.

If you do not come to pickup your order, there will be no refund given and the food will be donated to a local Charity.

If you cannot pickup your order within those hours, please make special arrangements at the time of placing your order and we'll try to accommodate reasonable requests.

LAPesach.com is not responsible for mistakes in your order, you have 7 days to make any corrections or until Monday March 26^th 2012.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Welcome to the LAPesach.com web site (The Site). Please review the following basic terms that govern your use of and purchase of products or services from The Site. Please note that your use of The Site constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by those terms (TOU). This Agreement is effective until terminated by The Site. For the purposes of this TOU, the terms "you", "your" or "The Customer" refers to you and "we", "our", "us", "our" and "our site" refers to LAPesach.com.

You agree that The Site may send electronic mail to you for the purpose of advising you of the status of your order. In any email that we send you, we will offer you the opportunity to receive future or periodic emails from LAPesach.com, and you will be under no obligation to agree to receive the emails.
LAPesach.com reserves the right to send email to any email address from which email was sent to LAPesach.com, and for any reason whatsoever LAPesach.com reserves the right to address the intended email recipient in any way permitted by law, and also reserves the right to send in that email a question pertaining to the recipient’s desire to receive periodic or future emails from LAPesach.com.


VIOLATION OF TAC
Please note that at any time, if we determine that you have abused or violated the letter or intent of any of the Terms and Conditions or any of the terms, conditions or guidelines of The Site, or any applicable law, we reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to The Site and all related services, and or take any responsive action that we deem necessary.

POLICY FOR CLAIMS OF INFRINGEMENT MATERIAL
If you believe that material is posted on The Site in a manner than infringes your copyright; please notify us by providing the following information in writing to us:

PASSWORDS
